This was my big question out of all of this. Tough to tell if the shooter partially had weak legs after her shot and was going down anyway (think kids rec ball). Or if that big hip sent her tumbling.
In the interest of protecting shooters, and because these aren't little kids, I'd be inclined to whistle blue on this. Maybe being there, and watching this through a non-1940s lens, would give a better idea of how hard the contact was initiated. But from what we have here, I'd think a foul on the defender -- who jutted her hip out well after the shot, and not just as a late arrival, you'll notice -- would be an OK call.
Am I whistling in the dark on this?
