As a citizen of Montgomery, I thank you for the kind words about our two wonderful softball complexes - Lagoon and Fain Park. Montgomery is the host city for the Blue Gray Men's fastpitch tournament, AHSAA softball championships, and a few ASA fastpitch tournaments each year. The majority of play at these fields consists of boundless levels of slow pitch softball. I have never witness an actual fastpitch game at Fain or Lagoon. Do they put up temporary fencing in the outfield for the younger age groups?
