Oh no he didn't. The only player who contacted A1 was A3 and A3 was pushed into A1 by B2. Remember, B2's fouling of A3 occurred before A1 has started his Act of Shooting and A3, which made the Ball Dead. A1's momentum caused him to shoot the Ball and A3 made contact with A1 because B2 pushed A3 into A1. Also remember that the official scored the basket and A1 went to the line for one FT. There were no other players close to A1, A3, and B2. Even the talking heads were confused.
