paulk - i think common sense should prevail and not penalize the players.
The situation described by BC is different with 2 bench players not using their heads and SHOULD be deterred, which he rightly did.

because we have just changed from FIBA rules to NCAA rules there has been alot of discussion on these types of situations. Lucky for me my supervisor is also my mentor.
After a length discussion, we determined that i had indeed gotten the procedure correct. However, to be safe my local supervisor is going to discuss this situation with the provincial supervisor and report back.
