Though 10-1-5d prohibits even "contact", about all that happens in this area is a quick "low five" with either one or two fellow players. Never more, and never enough to cause even the slightest delay in administering the next free throw.
Since it hasn't been a problem, no one around here is looking for a solution, let alone a warning. Never seen one given. Never gave one.
I guess if a delay for administering the next free throw arises, then we'd have an issue to solve.
Eager to hear from those in other areas with other experiences.
