I know in NCAA the officials judgment as to whether or nor this is pass interference or not. In NF do the officials have this option.
No such rule in NFHS but I do know officials give a little more leeway to the defender for contact. It could still be an unfortunate DPI call though if the contact is there. Until the rule changes we have to enforce it this way.
