No it's not, and it seems like in previous discussions here we've said that this doesn't apply to softball. There are two possible ways you can correct a baserunning mistake like this.
A) Skip second on the way back to first, go back to second, go to third.
B) Skip second on the way back to first, touch first, touch second, go back to first, then advance to second and third.
LTB makes A okay, without last time by you need B.
