Not much of a championship ("world series"? ) if no clinic.
Do they have a web site that might list differences, at least vs. NFHS?
How about a friend?
VTD is the company which used to be ASA registration partner. I believe it is an acronym for Virtual Tournament Director.

A few years ago, ASA decided VERY prematurely to take the task in-house leaving VTD out in the cold, so they basically just started their own sanctioning body to piss-off ASA. I understand they do well in some areas, not in others.

But my question here would be how can there be a world series when there is barely a regional presence and how does an umpire get such a plum ( ) assignment having never worked one of their games?
