I too have a foul, twice even. Allen was across the top of Ginobli's arm as he was gathering the ball and again as he was trying to bring it up to shoot.

In HS or NCAA, that would/should be a travel (as was #1 too). But the NBA rules (depending on which copy you read) say it is or is not a travel.
