In your example the 20 yard line is the basic spot for PSK enforcement. Since the Foul occurs behind the basic spot, the penalty is enforced from the spot of the foul. Therefore; penalty should be enforced from the 12 yard line. After enforcement, it will be 1st and 10 from the 6 yard line.
