I've started games up to 1 hour late due to the earlier games running long (OT's plus and extended delay for injury). The schedule start time was 7:30. Since the game before was still in the 1st half at 7:20, I was not going to check to see if both teams had provided their info. I wasn't even on the court.  |
Your area my be different. In my area, yes, these games are contracted between the schools.
