What I mean is that you do not even see items that are illegal or have to address the issues. In HS we see all kinds of things we have to bring to the attention of a coach or hear, "They let us wear it before...." crap. It is one thing to have an item that is not very well known as illegal, but it has always been illegal to wear a lot of these things in HS and they never say anything to their players at the HS level to prevent these from being an issue.
