NCAA M inadvertent whistle?
Watching Illinois at Purdue on BTN- 10:58 in 2d half- whistle for Purdue timeout. Coach says he didn't call a timeout. Ball placed back in play and off they went. No mention of IW by announcers or PA announcer. Unsure of my NCAA M rule but doesn't NFHS require using the TO once granted? Not sure if there is even an IW option once TO is granted.... Anyone?
