In different areas I have seen different communications on this. When I lived in the Philadelphia area we would simply talk to remind one another that we were in the bonus on the next foul (or double bonus). Now living in Phoenix area I have seen and have heard that they like to use the 1 and 1 signal (using one hand extending the index and little fingers at the same time, and I understand that it is not an approved NFHS signal but works for crew communication) and then point the direction while continuing to extend the two fingers.

To identify the shooter, I will point at the player who was fouled and say "shooter" I will not point at the player who committed the foul however
