For those of you who think this is a charge, STOP looking at where the defender takes the contact (i.e. chest/center mass)....the defender HAS to establish LGP I. Order to have a PC (this is the problem identified by John Adams at the NCAA-M level - too many poor PC calls).
This defender NEVER has LGP.
