Tips for working with new officials.
1. It's even more important to pick your battles, and realize if the other coach has him flustered, it may come out on you if you get too close to the line.
2. Realize he's going to miss calls, but he's going to miss them both ways.
That reminds me, don't ask us to "call it both ways." We already are.
