CANADIAN RULING:
1) Backwards pass because point of termination of pass (hitting the ground) is
behind the point of origin of pass (passer release). Live ball.
2) Incomplete pass because point of termination of pass (hitting the ground) is
beyond the point of origin of pass (passer release). Dead ball.
