Tokyo military and International schools.
3 man for JV $33 and V $43. 2 man for non league games if the schools want it. JV $45 and V $55. We took a cut in pay for 3 man to convince the schools to take it.
Our schools aren't that big. Class A to 3A. Some bigger schools in the end of year all Asian tournament.
Actually I think our association should use 2 man. We don't have enough refs (as evidenced I did HS my first year) and we get paid more for 2 man. Sure 3 man is better reffed but not that much--and for the diffenence in pay? I prefer $100 for working 2 games as to $76 for doing 2 games. My assignor disagrees and says he wouldn't even accept a 2 man game if has still reffing. Does anyone else prefer 2 man?
