This is in the GHSA's Constitution and by-laws. Yet this is broken very often. Is this something officials are supposed to enforce immediately, or only when the HC brings it to the referee's attention?
The ball is not usually live when teams are huddling.

Just sayin'...

As for enforcement, you'd have to ask the state. It's their rule. :shrug:
