In ASA, it is in Rule 1-DEFINITIONS-FOUL BALL-C. Wording is almost exactly the same as Fed.
If you are a new umpire, spend some quality time in the Defintions section of the rule book. The Definitions are, IMO, the most valuable section of the book to know with as close as you can get to total recall, yet it is a section that is many times scanned or skipped over.
