BTW - I was thinking about the "extra" two point rule and it came to me that you would be required to give the extra two points if there was a technical for maybe some profanity by a player who was mad at himself for missing a layup (or some other reason that "barely" calls for a T) but there would not be the extra two points for a flagrant personal foul that could consist of a player punching another player in the mouth (or whatever) during a live ball. Doesn't seem equitable to me. Of course, in that case, you'd also have an ejection, but no "automatic" points.
Also BTW - regarding switching. In games like this, my partner and I usually agree to switch "when it makes sense". I think you guys probably understand that concept.
