Here's what I'm getting at, I think:

Assuming there are courtside monitors, there should never be an NCAA game that ends with a players shooting free throws with no time on the clock. If the foul came before time expired, there should be time put back on the clock. If the fould came after time expired, there would be no free throws.

So, for example, was there a mistake in that St. John's vs Duke game earlier this year?
