Just thought of one that probably should be considered for replay that they didn't mention - batter hit by pitch ie. the one's that barely graze the jersey or the one that hit his hand, knob of the bat or both?

I'm pretty certain that this is the language of the ESPN writer, not MLB. The final language will undoubtedly be very clear about what is and isn't permissible.
