Unfortunately, we had a situation last week in which a parent came out of the stands to harangue a young official and his veteran partner did not take care of business.

We had one of these cases 3 years ago. The young official told the local association that the reason he
didn't quit was because the other official
did "take care of business" (paraphrasing to match your comment).
