I merely posted the new mechanic that the NCAA wants implemented. They were word for word from Tom Hiler, through Rich Fetcheit. I suggest that those two men know far more about what is apparopriate for umpiring than any here, myself included. They chose to urgently broadcast it two days ago. I simply posted it for others who hadn't read the change yet. If you have long practiced this mechanic, good for you. Call the NCAA and see of they need help with the 2013 changes.
