I've had the same thought. More no-hitters in the past season + 2 months than in the previous 5 years, so the hitters must be weaker.
But remember: probably half of the juicers were pitchers like Clemens who used it to recover faster. So if there's less juicing ("if"), it's probably affecting pitchers as much as hitters.
I think it's just a statistical bleep. Did you know that if you flip a coin 100+ times, it's 50-50 that you'll have a string of nine in a row that are the same (heads or tails)? Sometimes stuff just happens.
