As Rich said, changed in 2010, I have not seen a 2011 OBR book and I heard there may be some clarification this year. The new 2011 PBUC manual has the same wording as the 2010 OBR book. The only thing he can't do is 1. go to mouth while on rubber and 2. go to ball directly after going to mouth anywhere.
