This may be stating the obvious but...if the runner interferes it doesn't matter if it was intentional or not - the penalty applies, right? Batter interference usually involves a delayed dead ball.

At any of my clinics I preach to use the Casebook. It contains examples of what you look for and some pretty crazy plays that caused rule changes or points of emphasis. Check them out and I bet you'll find what you need.
