#13 was not in the game. He was on the bench. Jumped up in the excitement and called for the TO. Trail pointed at him and ID'd #13 as person who called the time out.
The official pointed to the bench, not #13. That is what is customary when a player or coach requests a timeout. The player on the floor called a timeout, not anyone on the bench.
