Most Misunderstood Rules
As the "original" author of this title, I feel compelled to say that the #1 commonly misunderstood rule is definitely the 3 seconds in the key rule, followed closely by the restrictions on a designated thrower-in (not travelling), and then either sliding/momentum after a loose ball (not necessarily travelling). All associations/groups should spend a reasonable amount of time teaching the nuances of these types of rules/situations.
My MMR Sheet was deliberately short so as to fit on one page one side.
BTW Billy Mac has done a great job of expanding on what I created.
