But reading it with the understanding that he was talking about the TF mentioned in post #6, it's all the more clear. It's the only place that talks about the ability to fix a mistake, and that's exactly what a missed travel call is. I wouldn't say the rules allow for fixing that error; even though the precise limit on "when is too late" isn't really specified.
I'm obviously giving Jurassic more benefit of the doubt than you are; but he's earned it on this board quite frankly.
