If she wants to wear the beads she can't play in a game I'm responsible for.
The wristbands are a different matter. I have worked with some that insist that all equipment be worn properly. In this case the wristband will be worn on the wrist. I have also heard some argue that wearing the bicep-band is a sort of intimidation thing. Personnally, as long as it is a cloth type band, I will not make an issue out of this.
