thanks i appreciate that. i do have a mentor that i am working with. we talk about every game that we have done. Hes a varsity official himself and has vowed to help me. theres nothing that makes you feel better than someone who is willing to lend a helping hand. i think hes one of the top 10 officials in our 200+ officials association. i am determined not to let anything hold me back other than myself.
