OK, so what you're saying is that they can sub in all of the instances I questioned (ball dead). But, you do stop the clock after made free-throw if there is a sub for the shooter. Otherwise, if there is no sub for the shooter you do not blow whistle for any other subs, correct? You are helping me to clear up a disagreement. Thanks
