Not the point. What other procedures and mechanics contrary to the officials' manual would you like to, on your own, insert into the game?
Rationale like this is why the #1 POE was issued this year.
In the words of our state assistant director (paraphrased), "Who do those guys think they are, making up their own rules and mechanics?"
