They've really made this easy for us. ALL double fouls -- ALL -- A-L-L double fouls go to the point of interruption.

If there's team control, the POI is a throw-in to the team in control at the spot closest to where the ball was when the game was stopped.

If the game is stopped during a throw-in or free throw, the POI is that throw-in or free throw.

If the game is stopped when there is no team control, and there's no infraction or goal (or end of period) involved, then the POI is an AP throw-in.
