I used this term when being evaluated previosuly and the reply from my evaulator was not good.

You either saw it or you didn't. "Yes" or "No."

"I think so," is not helpful or a good answer.

That's the way I've been taught anyhow.
There was the person who sent ten puns to friends, with the hope that at least one of the puns would make them laugh. No pun in ten did.
