Depending on situation/mood/comments:

1) To the HC I'll say something like "your assistants don't have the same privileges you have" or "Coach, we'll listen to you but your assistants need to quit commenting"

or

2) I'll tell the assistant directly that we've had enough of his comments.

Other than directing a coach to return to the coaching box I try my best not to tell a coach what to do.
