Getting advice for a medical problem from any unlicensed source is patently ridiculous. They're guessing and they don't have the medical knowledge to even give you an informed guess.
How can you treat an arch problem if you don't know that it IS an arch problem?
How do you know that it's a dehydration problem without doing the proper tests?
How do you know that aspirin won't either mask or exacerbate the problem?
How do you know that a step stretcher won't exacerbate the problem?

See someone who can identify the problem and then properly treat it.
