10-4 "The head coach is responsible for his/her own conduct and behavior, as well as . . . all other bench personnel."

The bench offender didn't do himself or his coach any favors.

1) Yes. Coach loses his box.
2) Yes. Counts toward potential disqualification (2 T's or 5 personal fouls)
3) Yes.
