About 3 years ago, in an intramural league where I first started out officiating, had a player foul out in the first 10 minutes of the game (running clock too) and accumulate 2 technical fouls. If I remember correctly it went something like this:
1) I called player for his 5th foul
2) Partner assessed first technical foul
3) Not 15 seconds later, I give out his second one
So this player, all by his lonesome, put his team in the penalty. Needless to say, after the 2nd technical foul, some of the intramural staff escorted the player from the court.
