Logos on uniforms

Been rereading the rules/regulations concerning uniforms, & noticed that a local team has a logo on the back of the jersey thanks to local media. What's the rule/regulation concerning this?

The following is 3-4-2:

ART. 2 . . . Logos/flags/patches shall adhere to the following:
a. A visible manufacturer's logo/trademark/reference is not permitted on the team jersey.
b. The American flag may be worn anywhere on the team jersey provided it does not exceed 2 x 3 inches & does not interfere with the visibility of the
player's number.
c. One commemorative/memorial patch may be worn on the jersey. The patch shall not exceed 4 square inches, shall not be a number & must be located above the neckline or in the side insert.
d. A school or conference logo/mascot may be located at the apex/opening of the neckline.

I see above (3-4-2d) that a school or conference logo is allowed at the apex/opening of the neckline, however the logo I am seeing is located on the back of the jersey above the numbers, approximately the same location of the neckline, if not an inch or 2 lower.
