Other than taking too long to start the 60-second clock, that is what was done, at least until he appeared on the balcony. It did seem they took more flack from this guy than they should have, for whatever reason. I have actually two wins in my career from coaches refusing to leave after the second T, though to be fair I was winning late in both games.
