We were talking about bench decorum and it seemed he let coaches get away with murder both head AND assistants. Second game, very spirited with chatter coming from both coaches. Partner calls a foul with no signal if we are shooting or ball underneath.

Before he reports, he comes to me and for some reason asks was he shooting or on the floor? I said, your call, be firm.

I go to endline to inbound and tweet, I look at partner who calmly T's up assistant who said "you don't need to ask his advice, make your own call"

Atta boy!! Bought him ice cream for ride home.

So he T'd the assistant coach for making a completely true statement about something which he just did? I don't like it at all.
