[PIAA REF]

I have my first game coming up and I think I understand most of the mechanics except this one. The Mechanic book says when administering a throw-in chop in the clock with your counting hand. Can some one explain if I am reading this correct, and also is it a chop like High School or is it a pull the chain type motion.
