Rule Clarifications
Need some clarification here on 2 points.
A) Is a tip/tap at the basket considered a shot attempt? If so, does that mean that it also constitutes a rebound? Seems to me that it is not a shot attempt unless you make it, like getting fouled and making the shot. Opinions welcomed, though I have been given a lot of those already, and eould really like a rule pointed out etc.
2) What constitutes a Team Rebound? Have no clue on this one.
