Depends on rule set. Some say if it occurs after the runner touches the plate, score the run and eject him.

Others say runner is out and eject him.

Canada rules? Does that equate to OBR? If it does and no local rules say otherwise, then score the run and eject the runner.

It all depends upon the rules being played under.
