Tball? Why care about it? Do they have umpires or kids picked to fill a spot? Does Tball even have baseball rules? Mainly, just the basics of out, safe, and when to stop the runners from running. No outs are awarded for unusual plays b/c all of the plays will be unusual somehow.
I mean we know the answer but why should it matter at this level? Leave it alone until the players are even old enough to care about it.
If not intentional, live ball. If intentional, dead ball and tell him not to do it again. Higher levels, intentional will be dead ball and someone is out. But, not in Tball.
