I think on B...you could have two outs. The strikeout and R3...since the ball sailed into center field...since the hitter struck out you now call the runner out...and you have to return R1 to 3B....the rules allow umpire judgement as to if the runner had the base stolen or not...you can call both out if the catcher would've had a play minus the BI...otherwise, you'd return him to 1B

I keep getting screwed up w/ these FED examples...so...R3 here is a runner on 1B and R1 is a runner on 3B...

So in the first sitch...if the runner is retired, interference is ignored, score that run

Second sitch...batter is out on strikes, if minus the INT, the catcher had a chance to retire the runner, runner is out, return R1 to third base..if no chance for a play...return both runners...no additional out beyond the strikeout.
