My partner awards only 2nd base based on Throw. Coach comes out and argues it's from the Pitch and he needs to be given 3rd.
NFHS rules. Looking for the correct ruling.

Please read section 8 and also look at the FED base award table in the book.
This is not the FIRST play by an infielder so the award is 2 bases from TOT.
R1 should have been awarded third base.
